FreedomZone was launched in 1999 to provide alternative marketing solutions for brands. They will strengthen their focus on colleges, sponsoring 150 high-energy bands and promoting 550 live shows on our network of 50+ college campuses across the country. Submissions are free, and sponsored bands will receive $250 for each performance./n/nFreedomZone launched in 1999 to provide alternative marketing solutions for brands. The emergence of the digital revolution created a tremendous business opportunity for FZ to take clients beyond traditional advertising/sponsorship and into the lifestyles and communities of consumers.

In 2010 we will strengthen our focus on college campuses. We have targeted 50 college markets across the country; will sponsor 150 high-energy bands and promote 550 live shows on our network of college campuses:

-Alabama: Tuscaloosa

-Arkansas: Jonesboro

-Arizona: Phoenix

-California: Chico, Fresno, Fullerton, Irvine, Los Angeles, Northridge, Riverside, Sacramento, San Diego

-Colorado: Fort Collins

-Florida: Boca Raton, Gainesville, Miami

-Iowa: Cedar Falls

-Illinois: Evanston

-Kansas: Manhattan

-Kentucky: Bowling Green

-Massachusetts: Boston

-Maryland: College Park

-Michigan: Ann Arbor, East Lansing

-Missouri: Columbia

-North Carolina: Greensboro

-Nebraska: Lincoln

-Nevada: Las Vegas

-New Jersey: New Brunswick

-New Mexico: Albuquerque

-New York: New York

-Ohio: Athens, Cincinnati

-Oregon: Corvallis, Eugene

-Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, University Park

-Rhode Island: Kingston, Providence

-Tennessee: Memphis, Nashville

Sponsored bands will receive:

- 1 5’X7’ banner with Sponsor "presents" and the band logo for placement on stage during events

- Sponsor products

- $250 performance fees per each event

- Performance opportunities on college campuses

To ensure that we select the correct bands for sponsorship, we will have the campus reps meet with you in your local market and scout your band during a local performance. They will be putting together a rough video of the experience including a short interview.

The sponsored bands must:

- Draw approx 200 fans to each local event

- Perform in their local markets or on campus 4 times during the year

We will work with you when you book local events on and near campus to turn them into sponsored events. In addition to the events that you book, each campus rep will be meeting with campus activity councils, fraternities and sororities to find events that we can include live performances by your band.
