Good Dog/Bad Dog New York Bands Compilation CD

Good Dog / Bad Dog Records is a new label and music publicity company based in New York, NY and Portland, OR sponsoring a compilation CD and digital album, in association with The Coronation Label, designed to promote young New York-based up-and-coming artists of all genres!



10-20 young, up-and-coming New York bands of all genres will be showcased to music fans, radio stations, publications, promoters, and venues throughout the nation. Ideal acts are building a live-performance presence in New York already, and are looking to expand their audience and presence among radio stations, publications, blogs and podcasts.



All selected artists will be considered for their roster, and currently all of their artists are signed to full-album production, promotion, distribution, marketing, and booking deals.



The compilation will primarily be distributed in an attempt to promote the artists, but sold online as a CD and digital album download as well. Artists appearing on the compilation will receive an equal distribution of 60% of the profits from any sales of the CD or digital album. Artists will also receive 10 copies to sell or distribute as they wish, with the ability to request more at a highly discounted rate.



All submissions will receive a review even if not selected for the compilation, and 7 slots are reserved for Sonicbids artists! Please note: There are no additional fees associated with appearing on the compilation CD for selected artists.
