Gorilla Productions holds a running series of Battle of the Bands shows in Hartford, Connecticut. The final winner receives $500 cash, 20 hours studio recording, and a headlining show./n/nGorilla Productions holds a running series of Battle of the Bands shows around the country, including in Hartford, Connecticut. Each battle series consists of approximately five qualifying first round shows and one finals round. The final winner receives $500 cash, 20 hours studio recording, and a headlining show.



2 winners from each qualifying round battle will advance to the finals round. All bands play a 30 minute set Bands must bring their own gear (instruments, amps, drum set). Generally, there are 8 to 10 bands in each battle. The club will supply the P.A. and mics. Before each show, bands check in, return unsold tickets and ticket recipts, and a are assigned time slots based on the number of tickets sold. The band that sells the most tickets will have the opportunity to headline the show and play last. Please check in on time or you may not be able to play! Sell more tickets for a bigger crowd, a better slot, and a great chance of success.



The audience votes immediately after the headlining band’s performance, so remind your fans to stay until the end of the show to vote for you! The two bands receiving the loudest crowd response during the voting will advance to the finals round.
