Summary
We have live music every Friday night from 8 p.m -10 p.m on our back patio! We are looking to book bands throughout the winter and spring that compliments the upbeat favorite local hangout spot. If you're from the Austin area or touring through Texas, this is the gig for you!
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to play one of Austin's best restaurant/bars. Gourdough has become one of Austin's favorite musician hangout spots and the perfect place to perform, network and meet industry people.
We have availabilities all throughout the winter and spring. Submit us your work and we will send you the dates that we think work best for you.
The Band
This is an amazing opportunity for local and nationally touring artists. If you have an amazing sound and looking to gain a wider audience, this is the gig for you!
We're looking for bands of all genres that play original music. We love Rock, Jazz, Folk, Acoustic, Country, Blues and Soul acts, but we're open to all genres if it's good music
Cover bands are welcome
Bands must be actively playing shows
Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
Bands are able to sell merch on-site
All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
Acts must have a solid online presence
The Gig
- The gig will be on the back patio
- Some PA and backline will be provided
- We feed the bands and give a few drinks to the bands
- Capacity 100+
- Compensation is negotiable at time of booking
