Great Bay Music Festival 2009 - Dover, NH

The 2009 Great Bay Music Festival in Dover, NH is looking for a few more bands to round out its already great line-up. The festival is located on a 35+ acre piece of private land known as Back River Farm, surrounded on 3 sides by woods and one side by Dover's Great Bay./n/nThe 2009 Great Bay Music Festival in Dover, NH is looking for a few more bands to round out its already great line-up. The festival is located on a 35+ acre piece of private land known as Back River Farm. Surrounded on 3 sides by woods and one side by Dover's Great Bay, this picturesque scene of rolling hills is the perfect scene for this 3 day music festival.



The festival will take place on the weekend of September 18th-20th and will feature 30+ bands in a variety of genres. There will also be camping, bonfires, a beer garden, a full vendor village, and lots of other great outdoor activities, as well as other feature activities yet to be announced. In only it's 2nd year, The Great Bay Music Festival is quickly on it's way to becoming the premier festival event in the Northeast United States.



This year's performances will take place on two stages: their "Sun" stage and their "Moon" stage. They currently have a few slots left across both stages. The Moon stage is perfect for acoustic acts or smaller sized (i.e. 3 or 4 piece) electric acts while the Sun stage is designed to fit just about any act. All genres of acts should submit as we are looking to emphasize variety in the event. Compensation is negotiable, though bands performing are doing so for exposure during the event.
