Summary

Green Light Go Entertainment will provide an eight week publicity campaign for the best Boston band as determined by Green Light Go and a panel of music industry experts.



Green Light Go will target national press located in Boston (Amplifier), freelance writers, dailies (Boston Herald & Globe), weeklies (Boston Phoenix, Weekly Dig), radio (WBCN, WFNX, WMFO, WMBR) and television (if appropriate) from over 200 Boston contacts. Press kits will be mailed to selected media and we will pursue possible CD Reviews, Show pre-views and reviews, interviews, on-air performance and airplay.



Campaign valued at over $1000.



Green Light Go provides publicity and marketing for touring artists, record release parties, and national campaigns. This includes targeting specific media outlets such as daily and weekly newspapers for review, college radio and specialty shows for airplay and on-air appearances, and national press when appropriate. Keeping an artist's budget in mind, only appropriate media representing the artist are targeted to keep down expenses and to achieve a more favorable response.



In addition, marketing promotions may be set up at key locations to increase awareness for the artist. This could include local independent record stores, neighborhood bars or coffee shops, and retail locations depending on the style of music.



With over twelve years in the music industry, the owner's experience includes working with SXSW Music and Media Conference and a major record distributor in alternative artist development. Throughout her experience in the music industry the owner has created over 500 campaigns for artists such as David Gray, The White Stripes, Mercury Rev, The Strokes, Foo Fighters, Grandaddy, Elbow, Jem, Brendan Benson and Tegan & Sara.
