GreenNote Festival 2010 - Seattle, WA

GreenNote is coming to Seattle July 24-25, 2010 and will feature over 100 performers on 3 stages. They hope to book bands to play acoustic sets from rock, folk, singer-songwriter, world music, R&B, and jazz. Negotiable compensation starting at $150 will be provided and at least 5 Sonicbids artists will be selected./n/nGreenNote is coming to Seattle July 24-25, 2010 and will feature over 100 performers on 3 stages. They hope to book bands to play acoustic sets from rock, folk, singer-songwriter, world music, R&B, and jazz. Negotiable compensation starting at $150 will be provided for all selected artists.



GreenNote is an acoustic festival, and they recommend limiting your act to 3 instruments (no more than 3-4 performers). An acoustic set is preferred over a rock set, as this is a signature of the event.

GreenNote is an acoustic music festival with a twist. Not only will the event feature green non-profits, slow food vendors, and DIY workshops for green consumers, but each night of the festival, they'll be featuring a ticketed event with national headliners and opening acts. The rest of the festival is free, and priority will be given to Northwest and Seattle-based acts. They have committed to selecting at least 5 Sonicbids artists.

GreenNote will be the most exciting music event of the year, and theylook forward to possibly featuring your band and helping show off your talents to tens of thousands of attendees. The festival is held at the scenic Myrtle Edwards Park right along the Seattle Waterfront.
