Summary
G's Restaurant & Bar is one of the finest Caribbean American home-style cooking and located in Rosedale, New York. Our goals are to provide delicious food, world-class music, and a friendly environment. We're currently looking for exceptional bands and musicians that compliment or the Caribbean and soulful vibe. G's restaurant is currently looking for Sonicbids artists to play this fall/winter.
The Opportunity
This is an amazing opportunity to play one of Rosedale's sexist and hottest Carribean restaurants and lounges. This is a chance to play music in front of a sophisticated audience and gain new fans. If you're looking for a great paying gig, and love eating delicious fusion cuisine, this is the gig for you!
The Band
- Looking for bands that play Jazz, R&B, Reggae, Afrobeat and World Music
- ideally, we would love to have bands that fuse all of those sounds together
- No hardcore rock or rap
- We have more dates available than those listed. If you're interested in playing our venue, apply and we'll send you availabilities that we think fit your band!
- Bands must promote shows
- Currently, we're only booking local bands
The Gig
- Looking for bands to play Friday nights
- We have PA speakers, a drum kit, and a keyboard amp. Musicians must supply all additional equipment needed
- We provide dinner for all bands
- Performances are typically 90-120 mins broken into 2 sets
- We supply flyers and free promotions for the band
- We ask that all bands come dressed upscale
- Free all entrance to all customers
- Capacity 100+
- Our compensation is $350 plus 5% of all sales from 9 p.m -12 a.m

- Percentage of Door: 5%
