Here’s what selected artists get:

• Artists will be compensated with audience donations.


• A 3 hour set from 7pm-10pm.


• A small sound system will be provided at the venue, but artists are encouraged to bring their own equipment, as well as instruments.

About the venue:


The Hallway Gallery, capacity 30-40, is located in Jamaica Plain, one of Boston’s most diverse, eccentric and vibrant neighborhoods. Local, regional national and international artists are showcased. Each exhibit is on a monthly rotation, with opening receptions on the first Thursday of the month. Various musical, spoken word, film, open mic and other special events are scheduled in the space as well. Jamaica Plain’s other galleries, vintage stores, specialty shops, great restaurants and beautiful parks are also not to be missed.
