HCC is looking for local and regional touring performers in all genres. The college holds approximately one or two events per month from mid January through mid April. Acts are paid a flat rate, which is negotiable at the time of booking. Lodging and travel are typically included.



All of their events take place in the College Cafeteria, which can hold 25–70 people, between 11 am and 1 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Heartland provides a small PA system, and they generally book acoustic or quieter acts.



In the past, Heartland Community College has hosted such artists as: Jason LeVasseur, John Rush, Shevy Smith, Dave Tamkin, Jennifer Daniels, Cary Judd, Frederick Winters, and Chris Carter.
