Heavenly Mics Concert Series

The Heavenly Mics concert series has provided powerful performances from some of today's greatest national recording artists and underground MCs. Heavenly Mics was birthed on the college campus of UNC-Greensboro in 2001, and since then have grown to massive proportions. Over the years, Heavenly Mics has proven to be a "safe haven" for the development of young, aspiring artists and has nurtured the gifts and arts of rhyming, singing, poetry, b-boying, and DJing. The mission of Heavenly Mics is to use the essential elements of the Hip-Hop culture to promote racial and religious unity as well as spiritual awareness.



Concerts will be presented every quarter at Café Jam in Greensboro, NC starting July 2006. This will be an ongoing event.



Submit if you are in one of the following genres: Holy Hip-Hop, Spoken Word, R & P (Rhythm & Praise), Contemporary Christian, or Gospel. Compensation will be determined upon selection.
