Heirloom Arts Theatre

The Heirloom Arts Theatre, located in Danbury, CT, is a historic theatre space, spanning a 160 year history. It is looking to book local and touring solo artists and bands to perform live on available nights, typically Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays although, other nights can be made available. The Heirloom welcomes indie, experimental, hardcore, pop and punk. Artists must be able 20 guests minimum, if local and opening. A higher draw is required for headliners. About the venue:

The building that now houses the 300 capacity Heirloom Arts Theatre was built around 1850. In 2000 it was renovated and converted into the Empress Ballroom, the only premier all ages, no alcohol venue in the area playing to mostly hardcore, metal, indie, emo, etc., shows. This incarnation of the space paved the way for what the Heirloom Arts Theatre is today.

It is Danbury’s artistic and cultural alternative continuing the legacy of the space, a space that is a true heirloom of the past.
