Hell's Kitchen, located the heart of downtown Minneapolis, is a chef-owned restaurant, known for it's good food and great live music. When night falls, it turns into an urban club with showstopping sound and stage. It is looking to book local, regional or touring solo artists and bands to perform live. Hell's Kitchen welcomes jazz, swing, blues, bluegrass, folk, indie-folk, indie-rock, rock, alt-rock, alt-country, noise-rock, ambient/experimental, pop-rock and indie-pop. Selected artists receive:
- Dinner shows receive nominal guarantee.
- Late nite Hell's Kitchen Underground shows get 100% of the door ($5 most nights, but negotiable)
Hell's Kitchen has dinner shows Tues-Sat 6-9pm, Brunch shows Sat & Sun 10am-10pm and late night Hell's Kitchen Underground shows Thurs-Sat 10pm-2am. They book 12-14 shows per month and usually like to book artists 6-8 weeks in advance.
