Summary

Hennessy is looking for the best emerging artists to play at Blue Passions Festival in Cognac, France. Entering its 19th year, Blue Passions has become a major fixture on the festival calendar in France. Confirmed headliners for 2012 include Sting, The Cranberries, Tom Jones, Robert Randolph & the Family Band and more.

5-10 bands will be selected to enter a global voting competition, where fans will vote for their favorite band to receive an all expenses paid (travel, accommodations, local transport, etc.) trip to Cognac. They will play a set on Thursday, July 5th at the Eden Blues stage, directly next to the main stage. Hennessy is looking for a unique artist with a dynamic, charismatic performance and high artistic quality.

Artists will need to submit a video in order to be considered.

Submissions are only open to artists from the following countries:


  • United States of America (excluding residents of the state of California)

  • United Kingdom

  • India

  • Japan

  • Latvia

  • Trinidad & Tobago

  • Barbados
