Started on Halloween in 2004, HomegrownradioNJ only had a dozen DJs onboard. In this past two-and-a-half years, they’ve grown with over 40 different shows and over 50 DJs, each with their own taste in music and commentary for each genre. HomegrownNJ has a show for everyone and everything.



As a station, they’ve branched out into concerts from a number of different venues, in-house mini concerts and festivals. They’re looking forward to more of the same. As a listener-supported station, there is no one more important than the listeners themselves. Homegrownradio makes it their company goal to give the listeners exactly what they’re asking for.



Join HomegrownradioNJ and start to fill the void left by commercial radio. They think it's time to stop taking what the big radio corporations are telling everyone is great music, and start deciding what they think great music sounds like. HomegrownradioNJ is small but growing, and they’re all about the music.
