HONEY JAM! Canada's All-Female Multi-Genre Artist Showcase

Honey Jam is an all-female multicultural multi-genre artist showcase produced by PhemPhat Entertainment Group, a non-profit organization which also provides educational and mentoring opportunities for artists as well as supports and promotes women charities such as the YWCA’s programs for women and girls.

For the past 17 years, Honey Jam has given hundreds of female artists a chance to work with industry professionals, be mentored by international talent, and showcase their talent for discovery. YOU could be a part of the 2012 showcase and be part of the Honey Jam Alumni that includes Nelly Furtado and Jully Black to name a few.

Honey Jam is searching the country for female artists, ages 14-25 (but not excluding older or younger), representing ALL GENRES of music! Artists will be selected for the August 16th, 2012 showcase by Honey Jam representatives and a panel of industry professionals including reps from record labels, booking agencies, radio programmers, music media, artist funding bodies, producers, managers, and vocal coaches.

In order to be considered artists must include the following in their submission:

• A brief artist Bio


• Headshot photo


• A video of a live performance featuring the song would be performed at the showcase if selected

1 Lucky artist from the 2012 showcase will also have the opportunity to take their talent internationally and perform live in Barbados!
