Summary

Horns Up For MetalFest is a metal festival for all kinds of metal genres. Whether you love thrash metal, industrial, power metal, nu metal, grindcore, traditional metal or hardcore metal, this festival has it all. The festival started in Europe but made its way over to the states in 2011. New York City was the first year, followed by Los Angeles and Chicago. Seeing that the next logical step was the bay area, this years festival will take all the best metal bands that the bay area has to offer. The date will be February 22nd at Eli's Mile High Club in Oakland, CA. Selected bands will receive 150 free tickets (no charge) to hand out as flyers. For every ticket that comes back they will get $1. The door charge from walk-ins will also be split evenly amongst the bands.
