Houston International Music Conference and Festival (HIMCF)

HIMCF is the Bayou City’s most comprehensive and encompassing music conference and festival, integrating musicians and music enthusiasts with technologies for effective and precise output of music products and services.



By way of multi-day tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, hands on labs and clinics, music festivals and showcases, HIMCF will network 35,000 – 40,000 music enthusiasts and bands with major record labels, corporations and vendors that service/cater to music professionals, provide music and entertainment, education, support and provide showcasing opportunities to thousands of musical artists from around the world. Registrants and bands can attend a wide spectrum of informative and provocative keynote sessions and gain practical knowledge of technology centric musical operations through hands-on labs and clinics.



On the final night of the HIMCF, there will be a reception and grand finale, featuring major artists and several winning acts from the nightly showcases. Additionally, HIMCF will focus on one specific ethnicity in the music industry for the grand finale. HIMCF focuses on all genres of music, and this year we will do a spotlight on Latino music. In addition, HIMCF-2007 will allow artists to advance in their profession by providing them with key note sessions, live and studio recording hands on labs and clinics, distribution opportunities, artist touring and management, health, and investment management.
