The I AM Festival, which boasts previous performers such as Girl Talk, Matt & Kim, Deerhoof, We Are Scientists, and The Drums, is reserving 2 slots for Sonicbids artists.
Selected Artists Receive:
- At least 10-12 artists will play on 2 stages in front of a crowd of 3,000 people.
- Artists compensation ranges from $150 to $1,500.
Now in its seventh year, I AM has featured some of the best up and coming talent on the national scene: including sets from Free Energy, Jay Reatard, Martha Wainwright, Kidz in the Hall, Oneida, Oakley Hall, Tim Easton, Pretty & Nice, Cassavettes, Awesome Color, Tiny Masters of Today, MC Chris, Calla, Rainer Maria, Mates of State, Gone for Good and many more. The 2013 installment of I AM Festival will prove to be bigger and better than ever at Waterfront Park in beautiful New London, Connecticut. More music, more food and an indie craft show that will have you wishing you had more in your wallet to spend.
