Summary

Built in 2002, The Ice House Lounge is located in beautiful downtown Las Vegas and has a capacity of 600 between both floors. We are looking to book local and out of town artists for two different performance slots; our nightly “Happy Hour,” and our Friday night “Live @ The Ice House Lounge.”

Happy Hour:

Being in downtown Las Vegas, The Ice House Lounge draws a lot of professionals from the surrounding office buildings for its nightly Happy Hour. We are looking for acoustic, singer/songwriter, and country artists to book for the Happy Hour.

Artist will be paid by tips from the crowd and provided with drinks and dinner. Happy Hour is held Monday through Saturday nights and set lengths range from 30 minutes to two hours. The Ice House Lounge advertises in the local media and also supplies upcoming artists with a media list to promote themselves.


Live @ The Ice House Lounge:

We are looking to book acoustic, rock, country, alternative rock, indie rock, adult contemporary, pop, singer/songwriter and folk acts for our Friday night Live @ The Ice House Lounge show. We are not interested in hip hop or metal artists.

There is a $5.00 cover for our patrons, and artists will be paid a portion of the door based on how many people they are able to draw. We are careful not to book more than one out of town artist a night so that everyone has an audience. Sets are typically 45 minutes with a 15 minute change over. All artists will be provided with drink tickets. Ice House Lounge advertises in the local media and also supplies upcoming artists with a media list to promote themselves.


Submissions will be considered for both the Happy Hour and the Live @ The Ice House Lounge performance spots and bands will be booked based on where they fit best. A professional sound system and technician are provided, but no backline. The stage has VHS recording available. All performances are played through the closed circuit system. Ice House Lounge is a 21+ venue. Our hours of operation are 10 am until 4:00 am. We're open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
