What Is Indie Film Screening Presented by Sonicbids in association with Planetary Group

"What Is INDIE?" is an inspiring documentary film about the lives of indie musicians. It features interviews with indie music experts including Sonicbids' very own Founder, Panos Panay, Derek Sivers (Founder of CD Baby) and Suzanne Glass (Founder of Indie-Music.com), as well as with 20 artists.



Sonicbids will be hosting a special Boston area screening downstairs at the Middle East (capacity: 550) on Nov. 6, 2006. The event will get a heavy public relations push to all media, and The Planetary Group will be promoting the event to college radio! It's a great opportunity for exposure, and selected artists will also be compensated!



At least two Sonicbids bands/artists will be selected to perform on the evening of the screening. Selected artists will be performing for the special VIP party, open to local and regional print, radio and other media industry professionals. The event will be free to the public.

In order to be considered, you must be a Sonicbids member local to Northeast area or with a verified local performance that has you traveling through the area that weekend and you need to submit before the deadline, October 20.
