The library is made available to music supervisors for television- including MTV, Discovery, and ESPN- as well as film companies and advertising agencies. They have landed their artists placements on shows like Jersey Shore, True Life, The Real World, The Hills, Punk'd, Psych, Gossip Girl, and many more. The are specifically seeking instrumental versions of vocal tunes. If a song with lyrics is submitted, there must be an instrumental track available.

Possible compensation is based on the amount of music aired and can vary widely depending on the client and budget. The license is non-exclusive but currently there are no performance royalties available, which is subject to change based on whether the TV client pays such royalties to a PRO. Band/artist credit is a possibility, but is not guaranteed. Artists will receive 50% of any sync/master licensing fees.

Important: Artists must own and control the copyright to their music. Music with samples will not be considered.
