Summary
The Island Girl Records music series takes place every Monday night at The Beach Cove in Chesapeake Beach, MD from 8pm to midnight. This is an excellent opportunity for up and coming artists, as well as established acts, to get in front of new faces. Featuring up to two songwriters and one band each evening, the series has a relaxed atmosphere with good food.
Accepted genres include folk, rock, blues, country and indie, and average attendance for the music series is 100 people. Selected artists are compensated for their performance based on draw. The music series is sponsored by Island Girl Records, The Beach Cove, and "Bounty Hunter" Professional Chesapeake Bay Sportfishing and Cruising Charters.
