Better Because needs a cheerful, uplifting, and fun soundtrack to accompany a 2 minute video they're putting on YouTube, Facebook, and BetterBecause.com. Selected artists will receive $250, credit in their movie, and publicity.
They need an artist or band that is unsigned and owns all copyrights. They want music that is cheerful, without being corny. They like the sound of "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves, but will consider any genre of music.
Important: They music should have a fast beat, and with either positive lyrics, or no lyrics at all. They are not looking for a primarily romantic song, but something that's fast, fun, and energetic.
Better Because is a positive media company, producing a film, a book, and an interactive website. This is a short music slideshow, featuring photos of smiling faces, and they're asking people from around the world to submit their own smiles.
