Summary
Bowdoin College is a small liberal arts college in Brunswick, Maine, located 2.5 hours north of Boston. They are currently booking for the fall and spring semesters of the 2008-2009 academic year for the Thursday Pub Night series held at Jack McGees Pub on campus.
Jack MaGee's Pub is a three-story pub behind Morrell Lounge. It provides an informal gathering place for members of the college community, and is open to all students during the school year. Throughout the year, there are many performers booked in the pub, such as singers, bands, comedians and DJs.
They are especially interested in booking talented DJs and live bands that are fun and easy to dance to. They are open to all musical genres.
No travel or lodging is provided, but compensation can be negotiated to cover these costs.
Past performers include The Mathematicians, The Press Project, The Eclectic Collective and several DJs.
