The deadline is coming soon to submit to Jammin at Hippie Jack's, one of the fastest growing and most watched live music shows on public television. The Jammin at Hippie Jack's Music Festival is 3 days of Americana, bluegrass, blues, roots and folk original singer songwriters. Selected performers will be recorded for the nationally syndicated Jammin at Hippie Jack's series broadcast on public television. Selected artists will be compensated for their performances. A PA system, and sound man will be provided./n/nCurrently in its fourth season, Jammin at Hippie Jack's is one of the fastest growing and most watched live music shows on public television. The Jammin at Hippie Jack's Music Festival is 3 days of Americana, bluegrass, blues, roots and folk original singer songwriters. Selected performers will be recorded for the nationally syndicated Jammin at Hippie Jack's series broadcast on public television. Selected artists will be compensated for their performances. A PA system, and sound man will be provided. Artists must be able to provide their own travel and accommodation.


The festival is held on a 200-acre farm along the banks of the Obey River, between Nashville and Knoxville off I-40. Most of the festival attendees camp all weekend. Please note the 2011 dates: Memorial Day Weekend - May 27, 28, 29 2011 and the Fall Festival - September 23, 24, 25 2011.



Jammin at Hippie Jack's recent performers include: Dan Tyminski with Ronnie Bowman, Darrell Scott with Kenny Malone, Tim O'Brien, Will Kimbrough with Tommy Womack, Goose Creek Symphony, RB Morris, Webb Wilder, Jonell Mosser, Scrapomatic featuring Mike Mattison, Gary Nicholson with Colin Linden, Seth Walker Band, Larry Cordle and Lonesome Standard Time.
