If youd like to be invited back, please:
1. Listen to the sound guy. We provide a state-of-the-art sound system and professional sound engineer. He knows music. He knows the room. He knows how you sound in the room. He wants you to sound your best and for the audience to enjoy how you sound. Listen to him.
2. Play your own compositions. We are a venue interested in presenting original work. Wed prefer that no more than 50% of your set be comprised of covers.
3. Bring the band that we booked. We understand that occasionally things happen and band member substitutions must be made, but when your whole band is substituted, thats a problem.
4. Be on time! Load-in for a 5PM show is at 4PM. Load-in for an 8PM show is at 6:30PM. Be prepared to and start on time.
5. Behave yourselves. We like professionals.
6. Promote your show! Well promote the heck out of it and we expect you to do the same. We are happy to offer PR tips and press contacts.
7. Tip your server. Performers enjoy a generous comp program and the service of dedicated staff before, during, and after your show. Tips are what sustain the wait staff. You like to be paid for what you do and so do they.
8. Keep your band comps to yourselves. They are for your use only. If we see you handing off food and drinks, youll lose your comps and you wont be asked back. We are a business and we make money selling food and beverages. The money that we make doing that is the money that pays you, our staff, utilities, taxes, repairs, equipment, and for our inventory. Its how we keep the doors open.
9. Give us at least one weeks notice of you have to cancel.
