Kansas City Music Festival 2011 (Rock & Metal)

The three day Kansas City Music Festival draws over 3,000 fans to Kansas City every year. They are looking for all types of rock and metal; death metal, heavy metal, alternative rock, hard rock bands to play during September 2nd - 4th at The Beaumont, Davey's Uptown, Aftershock, or Firefly./n/nThe three day Kansas City Music Festival draws over 3,000 fans to Kansas City every year. Jeff Blue, from Atlantic Records, will also be in attendance at this year's festival.



Selected Artists receive:

• Compensation is $1/ticket for selling 1-49 tickets, $2/ticket from 50-99 tickets, and $3/ticket at 100 tickets.

Though it is not required the promoter suggests that bands engage in ticket presales (note that tickets are for all three days of the festival). Ticket presales help determine the venues, time slots, and compensation bands receive from the show. This process ensures the most popular bands are able to perform to the largest crowds and everyone is able to get a time slot and stage that suits their act.
