2009 Kingdom Bound Talent Competition

Kingdom Bound Ministries, founded by Fred Caserta in 1987, continues its missions to present the Gospel through the Performing Arts. Annually the Kingdom Bound festival reaches over 55,000 people from all over the Northeastern US and Southern Ontario with four days of concerts, seminars, sports and children's activities, set at Darien Lake Theme Park Resort. For more than 15 years, the festival has featured a talent competition in various forms.

For the 2009 Kingdom Bound Talent Competition, artists who submit will be entered into a voting application where fans can go and vote their favorites to the top. Of those artists, the 5 with the most votes will move on to the final round. A panel of CCM industry experts will judge all of the finalists and select a Grand Prize winner, who will receive a performance slot at Kingdom Bound 2009, taking place August 2-5, 2009 and represent Kingdom Bound in a national showcase presented by Word Record Group. The winner of the national competition will receive an Artist Development deal with Word Records. Additionally, a second and third place artist will receive free passes to the event.

Artists who submit MUST be Christian in order to advance to take place in the competition.
