King's Playhouse is a quaint, historic, 300 person theater set in Prince Edward Island, Canada. It is looking to book local, regional, and touring artists among a wide variety of genres including country, folk, rock, Americana, bluegrass, blues, pop, and singer/songwriters. Comedians are also welcome. Selected acts receive a percentage of door. Kings Playhouse is a 300 person capacity venue that plays host to all sorts of musical and theater performances. It embraces local artists but is open to touring acts as well. Artists are expected to draw a minimum of 50 people though 150-300 is ideal. The Kings Playhouse does not book metal, punk, other hard/loud genres, or classical.
