Summary
In its second year, the LA Comedy Awards holds monthly live shows, and nominates artists from around the globe. 2010 will be a breakout year, exploiting new media in the best emerging markets as well as selected, regional broadcast syndication. The actual Awards are specially designed, Signature Series Awards, custom made by the Artisan who makes the ((Hollywood Walk of Fame Plaques)).
Artists are screened on a first come, first served basis and booked one month in advance.

A local draw is not needed but highly recommended. This is an awards event and nomination night, so monetary compensation will not be provided.
The LA Comedy Award's boasts artists from all levels of the industry. Performers with many TV and Film credits regularly share the limelight with emerging talented artists. Set lengths are to be decided on a case by case basis, and are from 5 - 7 minutes up to 30 minutes.
They provide no backline; however, PA, mics and a house engineer are provided. This is the perfect opportunity for comedians to showcase their talents. Go ahead, make them laugh!
