LifeLight Talent Search 2009

Practice hard, polish up, and come ready to have a good time, because LifeLight is expecting this year to be its best talent search ever.

This year, LifeLight is again teaming with other major festivals in the nationwide Christian Festival Association to bring the “LifeLight Talent Search" to LifeLight Festival 2009. Similar competitions will be taking place at festivals around the US. This event is an online talent search competition, complimented at LifeLight Festival 2009 by a live competition among the finalists chosen by the online voting.

LifeLight will allow the public to pick the top 10 bands, then the LifeLight staff will invite the top 5 bands of their choice to the festival. The record label “Word” will choose the winner out of the top 5.

Bands must have a Christian message. Genres accepted include any sort of mainstream, youth, and praise and worship.

LifeLight Communications is a faith-based, non-profit 501c(3) organization that exists to bring people together across denominational lines to reach out to the community and beyond with the message of hope & love of Jesus Christ. LifeLight facilitates concerts, tours, festivals, mission trips, student ministries on middle & high school campuses, and other events by partnering with churches, businesses and other ministries. LifeLight has also become the leading Christian concert promoter in the region and strives to facilitate concerts and events that glorify God and communicate the message of Jesus Christ in a culturally relevant way.
