Summary

Linc Star/Acquarian Entertainment Family is one of the country’s rising independent Record labels and Advertising Firms. They have been a launching pad for up and coming artists such as My Chemical Romance, Lydia, Phil Bensen, The Spill Canvas, Armor For Sleep, Hidden In Plain View, and many others.

By submitting to become a member of the Linc Star/Acquarian Family, you are
submitting to be entered into Linc Star/Acquarian's database of artists that the
organization draws its programming from. What that means is that if Linc
Star/Acquarian is looking for an artist to fill out a bill at one of its shows,
they would look to “keep it in the family”. This will also bring the opportunity to be a part of The Break Competition, which is a battle to get to The Bamboozle Festival. In addition to The Break, Linc Star/Aquarian organizes and runs The Crusade, a battle of the bands to play the Saints & Sinners Festival. Linc Star/Acquarian is always looking for bands from northeastern United States, since that’s where the vast majority of shows are. However, ALL ENTRIES are welcome, always.

Linc Star/Acquarian Family members will also receive discount submissions to all
of Linc Star/Acquarian “A-List” events like The Bamboozle or Saints and Sinners,
which require separate submissions.

The Linc Star/Acquarian Family has just begun to take shape. The first band to
be selected from the database was local band Progressive Dementia, who was given the opportunity to play Wingstock 2006 with rock veterans, Cheap Trick, Marshall Tucker Band, and Mountain. Recently, the winner of the Crusade contest, Scientist vs. Werewolf was selected to play the Saints and Sinners festival and will share the stage with such acts as Glassjaw and Against Me!
