Wisdom Records - Listen Up Series

Wisdom Records is pleased to announce to creation of the ListenUp! compilation CD series. Our goal is to showcase original music from the best emerging artists from all over the globe. Each selected artist will receive 10 copies of the CD along with royalties. The CD will be enhanced with data content available to all artists.



Volume 1.0 is complete and will be released May 2006. Submit your songs now for consideration for Volume 2.0, which is scheduled for release by November 2006.



Artists selected to participate on the CD will also be asked to perform at future events to promote the series. All submissions will receive a review even if not selected for the current compilation.



Submissions are open to all genres including: Rock, Alt. Rock, Acoustic Rock, Pop, Jazz, Blues, Folk, Alt. Country, Classical, World, Reggae, Hip Hop, Metal, Rap and any other genre not listed.



If selected, artists will be required to pay $20 (or less) for inclusion on the compilation. There will be a first come, first serve opportunity to have your logo/photo on the CD itself for an additional fee.



1,000 CDs per series volume will be manufactured and distributed to Satellite/College Radio, Global-Internet Music Publications and Music Hungry Fans. Any royalties from sales will be divided evenly among artists. Selected artist will be able to provide data content for the CD. Computer users will be able to access bio, photos, web address and videos.
