LIVE @ Best Buy program is a home for independent artists to showcase their talent and engage the community through Best Buy stores. The program provides artists from all genres and experience levels an opportunity to play on their stages in New York City, Boston and Philadelphia. Select concerts and events are streamed LIVE to a global audience. Prominent performers have included: Ingrid Michaelson, TAB the Band, The Charlatans UK and many more.


Sonicbids artists will be given a free audio copy of performance, as well as promotion through social media networks and the Live @ Best Buy website. At least 5 Sonicbids artists are guaranteed to perform./n/nLIVE @ Best Buy program is a home for independent artists to showcase their talent and engage the community through Best Buy stores. Select concerts and events are streamed LIVE to a global audience. Prominent NYC store performers have included: Ingrid Michaelson, TAB the Band, The Charlatans UK and many more.



Sonicbids artists can submit to perform at one of the following cities:



  • NEW YORK: Live @ Best Buy - New York City has stages in Union Square, Chelsea and Columbus Circle.
  • BOSTON: The LIVE @ Best Buy Boston stage on Newbury Street in Boston is the newest addition to the program.

  • PHILADELPHIA: The LIVE @ Best Buy Philadelphia stage has hosted several local, independent, and national artists from Civil Twilight, Hey Monday, LA Guns, Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers, and many more.



    Artists touring through the Northeast are encouraged to submit.



Performance Details:

    Set length: 30 minutes to an hour depending on location.

    Equipment provided: A backline and engineer are provided.

    Compensation: Sonicbids artists will be given a free audio copy of performance, as well as promotion through social media networks, the Live @ Best Buy website and more.

    Booking: Artists are typically booked 2-4 weeks in advance


Please Note: If selected, it is important for you to tell your fans to come check you out! The bigger the crowd, the better the vibe. Not to mention, it is more likely Best Buy customers will take notice if you bring in a large draw.



    LIVE @ Best Buy is all ages and free to the public.
