Summary

I've Got Entertainment is hosting the Second Annual "Live Metal Or Die" in memory of Cpl. Nicholas Arvanitis on November 8th, 2008 at Milly's Tavern in Manchester, New Hampshire. The will contribute to the Nicholas Arvanitis Scholarship Fund set up by his family after he died while fighting in Iraq. I’ve Got Entertainment is looking for all Hard Rock and Metal bands.

Each submitting band should include a brief description about themselves, including where they have performed in the New Hampshire area in the past and why they are interested in performing at this event. Bands will be compensated a portion of the door.

Nicholas Arvanitis, who was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, had dreamed of joining the military since childhood. He even had his mother sign the necessary paperwork before his 18th birthday while he was still attending Salem High School. He felt he had a calling to defend his friends and family members and although he was offered a desk job, he chose to be deployed. Arvanitis was killed in action in Bayji on October 6th, 2006-one day after his 22nd birthday. Nicholas Arvanitis is remembered as being outgoing, good-natured, a great musician, and above all, a great friend.

I've Got Entertainment has hosted many charity events in the past, including shows for Breast Cancer Awareness, Save The Music, and AIDS Awareness, but this show is especially important for them. Besides being friends with Arvanitis, they share the same passion that he had for music, and are looking forward to the Second Annual “Live Metal Or Die”.
