Villanova Presents Live Music Wednesday (Spring 2008)

Villanova University is a private college outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania seeking local and touring performers across many genres to perform on campus. Their Live Music Wednesday program takes place on Wednesday evenings in the Connelly Center, Villanova's student center, and offers both Villanova students and outside performers the opportunity to showcase their talent in a dining hall/coffeehouse atmosphere.

They are currently accepting submissions for performances during the Spring 2008 semester.

With a maximum capacity of 150 people, the shows usually draw between 20 and 60 audience members, but sometimes are packed to capacity. Almost all genres of music are accepted, though they prefer acoustic and low volume acts due to the dynamics of the venue and its patrons.

Since travel, lodging, and other forms of compensation are not provided, Live Music Wednesday is best suited for Philadelphia-area artists and touring performers alike who wish to expand their fanbase into the college ranks.
