The Love Parade Remix Lounge (San Francisco)

Remix Magazine is returning to San Francisco in September for the Love Parade SF! The event will be held September 22 & 23, 2005, 2-8 PM daily in San Francisco – and anyone who’s anyone in the DJ and electronica world needs to be there! Plus, be on the lookout for future showcasing opportunities at the Remix Hotel in LA this fall.



Pyramind, The National Academy Of Recording Arts & Sciences, Remix Magazine and partners present two power packed evenings of technology master classes, workshops, panels and clinics about music production and performance for electronic, dance and urban-music producers, engineers, musicians, fans and DJs. The Love Parade Remix Lounge offers exposure to and training on the hottest products available for the production and performance markets.



There will be three showcases – one each day – with one to three artists playing each day. That means up to six artists – three each day – will be selected to play at The Love Parade Remix Lounge. Remix is taking submissions for its showcases exclusively through Sonicbids. Please note that Remix Hotel will accommodate a DJ set-up. No full bands can be accommodated. Set times will vary.



Sponsors include industry leaders like Motorola, Digidesign, M-Audio, Apple, SAE, Pioneer, Stanton, Korg, Vestax, Cakewalk, Guitar Center and several others. DJ performance events at the Remix Hotels and Remix Hotel-sponsored club events feature leading artists demonstrating different genres while using current gear on the market.
