Lovett Live Music Series at Murray State University

Murray State University is located in Murray, KY and currently accepting submissions for performances in the Lovett Live Music Series. Lovett Live is two new concert series that bring fans closer to the music.



The Onstage Series shows bring fans physically closer to the music. At these shows, the audience has the opportunity to sit onstage with their favorite artist, close enough to ask questions and hear the stories behind the songs from the artists themselves. The intimate coffee house style seating for 200 includes tables, leather sofas and giant chairs.



The Concert Series shows bring fans closer to the music by bringing new and favorite artists to Murray, so fans don’t have to travel to major cities to see great bands. The concert series are 2,000 seat shows, during which the audience sits in auditorium seating. These shows utilize Lovett's amazing acoustics to make the show available to a larger audience.



Lovett Live features local artists, Nashville singer/songwriters and artists you may be surprised are stopping in Murray. The majority of the audience members are Murray State University students. Lovett Live does not focus solely on genre of music, and offers a variety of styles based on their students’ requests, including folk, indie rock, country, jazz, and more.
