Lucky Strike Lanes Music Series

Lucky Strike is a national chain of upscale nightclub-esque bowling alleys that caters to the Hollywood crowd throughout Los Angeles, CA. Located in Torrance, CA, this 500 person capacity venue has been heralded as a “cross between a nightclub, a bowling alley, and a modern art gallery.”



Lucky Strike is set to debut its brand new music series "Lucky Strike Presents...", in September 2007 with a star studded Hollywood gala. After the gala, local and up-and-coming bands will take the lead. Lucky Strike will be abolishing the L.A. “pay for play" standards, and in turn will actually be compensating artists for their performances.



They are booking live music for two nights a week and are looking for bands on the cusp of stardom. Your sound must be well crafted and rehearsed. Your songs should have melodies. Your band members should have an image. Lucky Strike will be listening for high quality songs when reviewing EPKs, and is only looking for bands (no track performances).



Local and touring acts visiting the Los Angeles area of various genres including alternative rock, pop, and R&B are welcome to submit. PA system and sound man will be provided, but artists must provide their own back line.
