Summary

Headed into its fourth year, LumberJam IV is held at Sunshine Daydreams in Terra Alta, WV from July 6-7, 2007. Last yearÂ’s attendance was 300-350 people.

12-15 bands will perform on one or possibly two stages and the festival will feature Funk, Jam Band, Reggae, Jazz and other genres. LumberJam books mostly regional artists. This is a great opportunity for bands to gain exposure among fans of Jambands, Bluegrass, Rock/Funk, etc.

Bands are asked to assist in the promotion of the festival by letting their fans know of the event, hanging posters at their shows, and assisting in pre-selling tickets. This is not an event that is done to put money in pockets, but rather to support itself and to provide a good opportunity for bands and a great time to everyone who goes.

Terms And Conditions

This is a private concert ground that has been hosting festivals for a number of years, and we would like to continue our relationship with them. Therefore, it is imperative that the bands and fans abide by some "rules."

LumberJam Rules and Guidelines
We hate to say "rules" as if this was some kinda big festival with major musical acts, and not the laid-back relaxing atmosphere that is the spirit of LumberJam. BUT we are very aware that what a few people deem as "just having fun" can ruin everyone's enjoyment of the weekend and hence, we have these rules (very similar to SSDD's rules) and guidelines.

1. No Dogs
2. No Glass Bottles
3. No Illegal Drugs or N2O (this includes abusing and/or selling prescription medication)
4. No Weapons
5. No Fighting
6. No Illegal Vending
7. No Littering
8. No Tresspassing on our Neighbor's Adjoining Property, Back Stage Area, or House Area
9. No Over-Intoxication
10. No Underage Drinking
11. No Swimming or Fishing
12. No Personal Fires
13. Parking in Designated Area ONLY (violators WILL be towed)
14. Only those with valid tickets are to be admitted.
15. Bands get passes for BAND MEMBERS ONLY. Sorry, but we cannot provide free tickets to managers, promoters, girlfriends, family, etc. Due to the size and low tickets prices, we cannot afford to provide free entry to anyone but the bands themselves. THERE ARE NO GUEST LISTS.
