Machiavelli Music Publishing is a renowned publishing company, currently working worldwide through an international network of sub-publishers and whose tracks are used for advertisements, soundtracks, in-store music and a variety of b2b channels. We're looking for pop songs (any sub-genre and style) and “in the style of“ famous pop songs, to be featured on an upcoming digital project of music broadcasting (in-store radios) in various major networks of malls and shopping centers throughout the Italian territory only.

We're looking for positive, medium/up-tempo pop songs (any sub-genre and style) and "in the style of" famous pop songs, to be featured on an upcoming digital project of music broadcasting (in-store radios) in various major networks of malls and shopping centers throughout the Italian territory only.
Machiavelli Music Publishing has an exclusive deal with the companies that manage the distribution of audio in the stores and this means being able to include a wide number of tracks in the playlists.

All submitted music will be reviewed by the music director and the most interesting works will be included in the playlists thus receiving 50% of all public performance royalties (generated from the payment of rights by the malls to the copyright society and then that paid back to composers on cue-sheet basis).
Although we'd rather not use retitled tracks, we're willing to accept them, since they'd be solely employed on Italian territory anyway, thus avoiding conflicts in other countries. Please do not submit cover versions of famous songs but only original compositions.

Please inform us about the possibility of acquiring the rights also of the original composition and not only of the retitled one. As a matter of fact original tracks could be included in the Machiavelli Music Publishing catalogue distributed worldwide. In this case composers will benefit from lifetime royalty shares for usage of the tracks and agreement will be fifty-fifty on all rights.
