Malibu Country Mart

Koss Real Estate is excited to announce that the Malibu Country Mart in Malibu, CA will begin offering entertainment and special events in May 2009. Beginning May 7, visitors can enjoy live music and store values every Thursday evening from 5-8 pm during the summer months. They are looking for local acts to join them at the MCM and entertain shoppers with upbeat and lively music.



They are currently building their database so that they can rotate the entertainment on a weekly basis. Accepted genres include adult contemporary, alternative, Americana, blues, bluegrass, classic rock, cover band, jam band, jazz, rock, soul, etc. Basically anything that’s upbeat and fun. Artists must provide their own sound equipment, including PA.



The Malibu Country Mart is comprised of over 65 high-end boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants encompassing over 80,000 square feet of retail space. Tenants include Chrome Hearts, Earnest Sewn, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Oliver Peoples, Sigerson Morrison, 7 for All Mankind, and Nobu, among many others.



With its beautiful gardens and sculptures, outdoor dining and picnic areas, abundant free parking, and a popular children’s playground, the Malibu Country Mart is one of the most prominent shopping destinations in America and is frequented by the world’s most famous celebrities.
