Mardi Gras Music Fest is a one day fest will take place on March 5, 2011 and will be the first house festival during Mardi Gras. MGMF will showcase an array of acts from the New Orleans indie scene. MGMF is accepting submissions from local and touring performers of all genre and types. This festival is a great exposure for acts traveling to SXSW or other fest as it occurs two days before Mardi Gras and a week before SXSW. Room and board will be provided for the selected artists.
