Maysie's FarmFest 2011

The 2nd annual Maysie's Farmfest will take place this June 11th and 12th at picturesque setting of Maysies Farm and Conservation Center. The theme is local diversity, and this year promises to be much larger with over 1000 attendees expected each day and 10 musical act each day also. The festival is looking to book at least 2 Sonicbids artists to perform live at the festival. A wide variety of genres are accepted. Artists will be compensated. Here’s what selected artists get:

• Artists will be compensated. This amount will be negotiated at the time of booking.


• A sound and lighting system and a sound engineer will be provided at the venue, but artists are responsible for bringing their own instruments and any additional equipment.

Maysie's Farm Conservation Center is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to increasing public understanding of the importance of conservation and ecological thinking. Maysie's Farm works with individuals, families, communities and educational institutions to encourage ecological living by demonstrating and advocating organic agriculture, farmland preservation and Community Supported Agriculture and by offering unique educational programs. Maysie's Farm is developing a community within Chester County that is based on a local, sustainably produced food supply and a commitment to ecological living.
