Mercury Lounge is a classic juke-joint. It is both a live music venue and a neighborhood bar. Voted the nicest dive bar in multiple Oklahoma contests, we feature a live stage, a drinking patio, a fireplace, a pool table and an old-school jukebox. Come and be seen or come and hide-out. Relax or raise hell. All "walks of life," ethnicities and proclivities are welcome- Nobody here is judging. We're looking for awesome bands to play. This is an ongoing opportunity to apply, and we'll find the best date for your band.
The Band
- We're looking for bands that play original music. We love Rock, Bluegrass, Folk, Acoustic, Country, Punk, Blues and Rockabilly acts
- No Hip Hop, Rap, Metal, Pop, nor Nashville Country. Bands must be actively playing shows.
- Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
- All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
- Acts must have a solid online presence
The Gig
- Pay is determined upon booking
- PA provided
- Basic backline provided
- Capacity +150
- Local bands must be able to draw +20
- Bands are able to sell merch on-site
Compensation
- Compensation Amount: Determined at time of booking
