Meriden Humane Society Compilation CD

The Meriden Humane Society is a Non Profit 501c3 organization that is dedicated to saving stray, homeless and abused animals of all types. They are currently putting together a compilation CD that is scheduled to release by early to mid-February of 2012. The compilation CD will be used to sell at more than two dozen annual fund raisers that they hold as a mean of generating extra revenue to care for their animals. They are manufacturing 1000 CD's for the first run and restocking when they all sell. Songs submitted should be upbeat and be themed around accomplishment, overcoming adversity and have a general positive feel good vibe to them; songs do not need to be specifically about animal rescue. Tracks must be family friendly and free of any profane or suggestive language. Tracks must be finished studio quality tracks ready for a CD and free from any mixing and mastering needs

The Meridan Human Society is looking for songs to be donated so there is no monetary compensation however; they will supply one CD for each band member on the CD. Upon request, donation forms from the Meriden Humane Society for bands to use at tax time for a deductible donation will be provided. Bands must own the rights to the music submitted for this CD. By submitting a track artists give us the right to use the selected track for the purpose of the compilation CD and promotions for the Meriden Humane Society.

Submission will be considered from the genres of: Rock, Pop, Country, Punk, Funk, Reggae, Southern, Blues, Jam Band and other similar styles of music.
