Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to Metalopolis, hosted by legendary White Zombie drummer Ivan de Prume. Metropolis is seeking new music for airplay on Portland, Oregon's top rock station, KUFO FM. Up to 5 bands will be selected to receive a 30 second commercial spot that will be featured on the show for 4 weeks./n/nAre you the next metal god? Is your band the best metal band ever? Here's your chance to prove it. Submit your music for a chance to be played on legendary White Zombie drummer Ivan de Prume's weekly radio show, Metalopolis.
At least one band will be selected to receive a 30 second commercial spot that will be featured on the show for 4 weeks. It will be professionally produced by Ivan de Prume and his staff for the selected artist. The commercial will advertise the band's selected works/albums of their choice. Artists that submit for this opportunity will also be considered for airplay on the show. Ivan de Prume will personally review submissions and aims to select up to 5 artists each month.
Broadcasted over-the-air and streaming on the internet on Portland, Oregon's top rock station, KUFO FM (100,000 watts) on Saturday nights from 10 pm - midnight, the show is hosted by Ivan de Prume and is the premier source for metal music. Ivan's status in the industry as a Grammy nominated, multi-platinum selling artist has quickly brought the attention of both record labels and listeners alike as the place to hear the best new music, news, and exclusive interviews from all genres of metal artists.
Music must be free of profanity and other offensive material. Please be sure your EPK contains as much about your band as possible so your information can be featured to the listener. Selected bands will have their information posted on the Metalopolis website for an entire month.
