Summary
MIDEM is a music industry marketplace for artists looking to license their music to foreign labels and publishers from all over the world. Joey Welz, pianist from Bill Haleys Comets, has been attending for over 20 years and is looking to help an independent artist gain licensing deals and become internationally visible. Joey will personally submit selected artists music to labels and publishers. In February 2012, selected artists will receive a report of the submissions he made on the artists behalf. One Selected artist will be represented at MIDEM for absolutely no cost to them. Additional artists may choose to pay $25 to be represented, but will not be required to do so.
