Midwest Brewers Fest 2011

The deadline is coming soon to submit to the Midwest Brewers Festival. On Friday the 26th and Saturday the 27th of August, over fifty brewpubs and microbreweries from the Midwest will descend upon the beautiful Plainfield Riverfront Park overlooking the Du Page River in Plainfield, Illinois, to serve and enjoy great beer, great food and great music with American Craft Beer lovers from all around the Midwest.

The festival is looking to book at least 1 Sonicbids artist or band to perform live at the festival. Artists will be compensated $200-$500./n/nThis is the inaugural year for the Midwest Brewers Festival. On Friday the 26th and Saturday the 27th of August, over fifty brewpubs and microbreweries from the Midwest will descend upon the beautiful Plainfield Riverfront Park overlooking the Du Page River in Plainfield, Illinois, to serve and enjoy great beer, great food and great music with American Craft Beer lovers from all around the Midwest.



It is looking to book at least 1 Sonicbids artist or band to perform live at the festival. A wide variety of genres are accepted, but artists must be 21 years and older to play at the festival.



Here’s what selected artists get:

• Artists will be compensated $200-$500.


• Food and craft beer.


• A camp site to stay at for the weekend, where artists can also enjoy the festival's activities.

About the festival:


With representatives from 50 professional breweries on site, the Midwest Brewers Fest is a beer lover's paradise. Craft beer establishments that have chefs who are well known for their pairing of beer and food will be there, as well as live bands and entertainment.

MWBF is spear headed by local craft beer breweries and generously supported by Goose Island Brewing and Two Brothers Brewing Co.
